Malaysia Young ‘16

Malaysia was an active volunteer for the Alumni Association for two years prior to running for the board and is excited to serve as a Board of Directors member. Before graduating in 2017 with her bachelor’s in psychology, Malaysia served as the treasurer of F.A.C.E. (Fashionable, Artistic, Creative, Elegance), the vice president of Schwartz Hall, and a Resident Advisor. Malaysia later joined another local university to obtain her master’s degree in human services and now works in compliance at a mental health care facility. Malaysia volunteers her time to her New Haven clubs/organizations and looks forward to being of service to past, present, and future Owls.
