Secrett Hampton completed her undergraduate degree at SCSU. After becoming a mother and years of service at the State of CT Judicial Branch, Secrett returned to a higher learning institution (Albertus Magnus College) to earn two master’s degrees, one in Leadership and the latter in Business Administration. Secrett believes that effective leadership brings people together.

“I am excited and honored to have a chair on the Alumni board. This creates a platform where I can remain connected to the institution that is SCSU and it allows me to install initiatives that connect the alumni to the current and incoming scholars, which directly impacts the collective.”
