Alan Machuga ‘88

Alan Machuga is responsible for developing and implementing Rheem’s long-term technology vision strategy. He leads the company’s Global Technology Group, which includes the Controls Engineering, IT, Digital Services, and Cloud Architecture teams. 
 
Before joining Rheem in 2020, Alan served as the Chief Information Officer at Carrier’s Commercial HVAC division and global leader for the company’s ERP and Digital Factory teams. During his 32-year career with United Technologies, Alan held executive roles with global responsibilities across multiple divisions, including Pratt & Whitney, Carrier, Fire & Security, Climate Controls & Security, and Building & Industrial Systems.
